What Rembr does

Rembr replaces scattered WhatsApp messages, social hashtags, and lost disposable cameras with a single private digital space. Guests scan one QR code at your venue, upload their candid photos, videos, and messages directly from their phone browser, and every memory gathers in an organised gallery that can stream live to a screen.

Who it’s for

Couples & wedding parties

Collect candid memories from daytime ceremonies and evening receptions without forcing guests to create accounts or download apps.

Birthday & party hosts

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, and family get-togethers where everyone takes pictures that otherwise get lost in group chats.

Memorials & celebrations of life

A respectful, tender space for family and friends to share cherished photographs, voice notes, and heartfelt stories (view memorial galleries).

Photographers & studios

Offer bespoke, branded client galleries alongside your professional coverage, giving clients a simple way to collect guest moments.

How it works

1. Create and share

Create your gallery in minutes and display your custom QR code on table cards or welcome signs. Pre-designed templates are ready in Printables.

2. Guests scan and upload

Guests scan the QR code with their mobile camera. With venue Wi‑Fi or mobile data, they upload directly in the browser—no app required.

3. Live gallery & download

Media lands in your central gallery immediately. Stream it live on a TV using the Video Wall, then download the full-resolution collection afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

What is Rembr?

Rembr (rembr.co.uk) is a web-based guest photo and video gallery service designed for weddings, parties, and events. Event hosts generate a custom QR code that guests scan with their smartphones to upload photos, videos, and messages directly into a shared gallery.

Is Rembr a wedding photo sharing app?

Rembr is an online gallery service rather than a native mobile application. Event hosts set up and manage their event using the website, while guests simply scan a QR code to upload photos directly through their mobile web browser without having to download an app.

rembr.co.uk vs rembr.ai — what’s the difference?

rembr.co.uk is a UK event photo, video, and audio gallery platform for gatherings like weddings, parties, and memorials. In contrast, rembr.ai is an unrelated AI developer service focused on agent memory infrastructure.

Do wedding guests need to download an app for Rembr?

No, guests do not need to download anything from an app store. When they scan the event QR code, the upload page opens immediately in their standard mobile browser, requiring only an internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi).

Can Rembr show guest photos on a TV?

Yes. Rembr includes a live Video Wall feature that lets you display incoming guest photos, videos, and messages on any internet-connected smart TV, projector, or display screen during your event.

Is Rembr free?

Rembr is free to start, letting you create a gallery and test the platform. Upgraded features—such as running the live Video Wall or unlocking extended gallery access windows—are available via paid plans detailed on rembr.co.uk/upgrade.

Who is Rembr for besides weddings?

Beyond weddings, Rembr is frequently used for birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate celebrations, family reunions, and memorials or celebrations of life. Professional photographers also use it to offer branded guest-upload spaces alongside their standard client delivery.
